Bunch of scammers, their invoices are mostly thumb sucked, they have random deposit lifts of R500. Bill just increases for reason they themselves couldn’t possibly justify. They’ll refuse to reimburse your deposit when you leave. They’ll send lad of it after loads of fights. Don’t waste your money on this organisation

The agents are honestly the worst I’ve come across. They are slow to any issue, they get invoices mixed up, their finance ‘system’ is a mess. Some are really rude. I really dealt with highly incompetent agents under Alfa properties. The people who gave them 5 stars under this review work for them so do not be fooled please.

Worst estate agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Be prepared to wait weeks for a response, if ever. Also be prepared to do all maintenance yourself and be met with horrendous unprofessionalism when you have issues. You'll have electricity issues, broken gutters, broken oven etc... All with zero help from your agent
