Most horrifying people I have ever met. Walked in and asked to see their screen protectors. Without asking the store manager ripped off my old screen protector and put on a new one... Its not even the correct one for my phone and they charged me R399 for a SCREEN PROTECTOR. I told him absolutely not. I bought the EXACT SAME one on takealot. He tried to tell me it is not the same because his is better. SCAM ARTISTS at its finest. These people shouldn't be allowed in the vall Mall. They put something on without you asking them and then charge ridiculous amounts. After I started to make a scene he brought the price down to R299... But still.. NEVER GO HERE. RATHER GET YOURS ON TAKEALOT!!!!!

Our experience was the worst.We bought a Dstv remote that wasn't working, we returned it and the policy said no refunds only exchanges and when we wanted to exchange the person in the shop said we are criminals.
