Life Roseacres Hospital

Nurse Makhosi from Neonatal ICU ward really did an excellent job in caring for my paying her love and attention to detail on her work has saved my baby . I really had a great overall experience with the hospital.

I had a surgery at the hospital last month and received the best warm welcome from the receptionist. The nurses were kind but the 2 that stood out was Nurse Sandra Dibakwane and Marcia Seyanago. If i had to get treated for something I would prefer the Life Roseacres Hospital

I want to thank Dr Oyebajo for being the Doctor he is. Doctor the world needs more people like you. To all Roseackers Staff. I want to thank you for saving my son's life. When all was lost you sacrificed everything in the grace of God to help my son. Dr Ebrahim you for selflessly helping me when you knew I was struggling to find the money to pay.I WANT to recommend this hospital to everyone who has lost their trust in our medical institutions. This Hospital restored my faith not only in them but also the Merivale of the greatness of God

Was booked in for a day admission. Staff were all fantastic. Thank you for giving me a pleasant experience from Reception to maternity ward and theatre. Dr Sekele you and your team are amazing thank you ❤️

The day time materity sisters and nurses are absolutely disgusting. They sit and talk about every patient and doctor in the hospital, They scream, laugh and make jokes loudly outside the hall way. No body gets rest and god forbid someone saying something about it as they start become spiteful by taking long to help you or taking long to retrieve your meds. Ive asked them countless of times to keep it down but i just get spoken about or dirty looks. Havent gotten any sleep at all !!!!! Will be taking this further as i have each and ever persons name that i dealt with that was outlay rude. This job is meant to be a passion not just a money making day by day get by. These woman have no respect for anyone around them nor for their elders. My gran came in to help me bath after hours asking the sister and nurse if it was okay and after leaving on her way out thanked the nurse for letting her in as and as she walk away they were talking about her and pulling tongues at her as i watched!!!!!!!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Night time staff are very respect , helpful and friendly. Day time nurse are inconsiderate, loud, rude and dont look like they want to work with other people!!!!

Went to Casualty early Monday morning. Admin efficient, nursing staff & doctor provided top class medical care. Kidney stones suspected, admitted to Surgical Ward. Underwent 2 theatre procedures. Surgical staff & nursing staff were excellent! A special word of thanks to Mandisa who went out of her way to attend to me when I was in pain.

My son and I visited the Emergency Unit at around midnight on a public holiday as he needed stitches, and I was so impressed with the friendliness and eagerness to help from all staff; right from security to the on-call Doctor. Thank you for making our visit stress-free.

Nursing staff in causality this Sunday 4 September 2022 are all on a go slow, the triage on my son-in-law was done after 30 minutes and then he was informed that his wife wasn't allowed in with him. The sign on door says different clearly the staff in this life hospital need more training in all areas of care giving. Stay away if at all possible!

Well located with a 24 casualty facility makes this Life Hospital an obvious choice.The grounds are well maintained and inviting.The facility in general is clean and modern.Staff are friendly and always interact with patients.The casualty experience was unpleasant, Taking 9 hours before admitting me to the medical ward with bronchial pneumonia, once actually discharging me before calling me back for more tests. Was a shock to the system to be treated in that way.Other than that the hospital and stay has been superb.
