The doctor himself was great, the receptionist however was a bit rude and snarky, so it made the trip to the doctor even more unpleasant. Dr Gous is an experienced doctor and knows exactly what he is about, my review is not based on my experience with him or the medical treatment I received from him, it is based on my overall experience at his office. The receptionist left a sour taste in my mouth. From not greeting me or my fiance, to speaking over me when I was trying to explain something, openly sighing at me and making me feel extremely unwelcome. This was not a good experience.
