I always go there for my eyebrows and today I was met with an angry and tired Lerato and I arrived there at 3.45 and they were closing at 4.30 and she refused to do my eyebrows even the wash for my hair I wanted.she was even shouting me when I tried explaining yo her that the website says u closing at 4.30 not 4.it was just a bad experience for me this time.i went next door to them at hey beauty and they were closing exactly at 4 as their website say and they were glad to do my eyebrows at such short notice cz I'dt didn't even take them 20 mins to do my eyebrows .

It was my first time getting my hair and nails done at this beauty studio and was pleasantly surprised at how my hair and nails turned out. Even though I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be attended too, the results were worth the wait. Will definitely come again soon.

Very happy with the fast and friendly service. I have straight long hair, and needed 2 french plats done to keep hair out of my face. Was very happy that I was helped to quickly and my hair looks great. Would recommend this business! See pic

I enjoy going to this salon as it has that calm & chilled atmosphere & the staff is really friendly. I've gone twice since they moved to the new location. I'd suggest that they get a coffee machine instead of the ice cream one. May there be paper/plastic cups for water.The staff needs to constantly improve their skills, the lady that did my nails was good but we spent time removing fluff from my ring fingers where we were doing art & she just kept adding a lot of glitter on the one nail, removing & trying again. My one middle finger has bumps, I could not let her start that one over as I had to go, had been there for just over 2 hours already.Big ups to the lady that waxed & tinted my brows, she's a natural.Please consider the customer suggestions, because we will then be quiet & go somewhere else.

The place is nice and clean, I've been there twice . I had a bit of an issue with the fact that they don't have easily accessible tables/counter tops where one can put their staff. I had to put my staff on the floor. The staff is friendly and the lady who did my hair is good but I feel the service could be improved (Offering clients water or asking if they want to connect to the wifi)
