Have been client of Matrix (George) for over TEN YEARS. Always got very good service and well priced products. Zain built a bespoke desktop computer for me in January 2013. As of November 2022 . . . . Almost TEN YEARS later, this desktop works just as good as it did in 2013. Not one single hardware failure. Still fast and reliable (using quad i5 Intel processor: Windows 8). Have also bought many accessories from Matrix over the years, including two laptops (Dell & HP). All good buys. Matrix is highly recommended. Les

The sales people are very helpful as I buy all my computer accessories from them. But dont call the tech dept for a problem that you now is a stupid setting that is not right. The techs are unfriendly and definitely not helpful

I bought a UPS at the George branch over a year ago, and after a few days I returned it saying it wasn't working right, they then sent it away for a check up and after a month or so I received a replacement which was giving me the same issue, this process repeated a few times and after a long time with no UPS and no money I asked for a refund, now they are saying all they can do is give me in store credit, the store is empty 99% of the time with barely anything worth buying so credit is essentially useless, they refuse to pay back the money after I've been trying to make contact with them for the last few months

Very good service!!!! I had a pc problem that I thought was the parts I purchased from them. I was short tempered and blamed the products. They assisted me and had explained what the actual problem was so that I could understand. Very calm, very professional, Amazing service!!!!

100% the best computer shop in george in terms of repairing, building and redoing pc s. Took them 1day to rebuild my holl pc into a new box with new cables and new power supply. Where at epirus it took them 3weeks just to find the problem in my pc but at matrix it took them less than 24hours to find and fix the problem. Would 100% recommend this place for fast service. You would not get this service in any other place in South africa

Ten stars! Awesome, extremely helpful staff who don't try charge at every opportunity! Friendly with a hint of humour, and Henrico was super patient with my boat load of questions. Well done Matrix George. Will be back.
