Update: Thank you Talksure for taking the time to call me and resolve my issue. I am happy to report that my refund was processed in a slightly shorter time than I expected. Happy ending after all :)Quick to take your information, but slow fix nonsense. Been trying to contact these people for 2 days and no answer, emails also just acknowledged and then nothing more. First I get told I will get my refund, then the next - it first has to be reviewed because of xyz... even though I canceled well within the cooling period. Nasty nasty.I will only remove this review once my complaint is addressed and refund actioned. So if you see this review for long... Avoid! (see update above - issue resolved)

Pretty neat & modern, albeit parking is an issue

I have been working for Talksure SA for more than 5 years. Never had issues regarding salary. I like how the company respond to real life situations. The support we get is extra ordinary. Keep it up!

By far one of the best call centers there is out there, payments are made on time. There is respect between employees and employers. And the canteen is something out of this world, every meal is served fresh from the pot/oven. Incentives are also amazing. Talksure is a business rich in culture and diversity, where there is a lot of support given to it's employees. In my time at Talksure I have grown tremendously as a professional and as a young individual, I have grown in working well with others and having the same confidence in working individually all thanks to the initiatives the business makes. This is a place of work I would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible , imagine going for an interview and you traveled so far, only for them to tell you they can't interview you because you have no call centre experience. When clearly in their ads they said you don't need experience. How can you have call centre experience if the call centres only take you if you have experience. This place is disappointing. Don't even deserve 1 star. You're supposed to be kind working in a place like that, not rude like some of the woman that were there.
