Really disappointing experience. Tried for months to get an outdoor carpet solution for our building from them. After initially being sent an exorbitant quote, I was told they'd get back to me with updated pricing on a more feasible solution. I patiently waited and then followed up multiple times with various parties. I eventually gave up and got hold of Florestore who were quick to assist, communicative, and provided what was needed.
