My package has been out for delivery" for days now and every day they log it as "delivery attempt failed" despite no one showing up. Customer service has been unhelpful as every day they promise delivery it fails to arrive. Rhenus generally seems to have a good reputation

I have started using Rhenus Express in the year ! ,and have to say , This Company has outperformed the other bigger names I used by far. Dealing with them for the first time has been so awesome. A lady in the risk department called Dhanishka went above and beyond to assist me and considering they are cheaper than the other carrier. Dhanishka, you are a star and will definitely be using you guys in the future.

Cannot find one number that exists. Needed to amend a parcel that was being delivered in Durban and every single number I dialed said that it didn't exist. Shocking!
