Went to get some droe wors @ the Bosveld butchery.Ended up @ the Hardekool restaurant.The place has a good vibe,nice music,was quite crowded,waiter's was quick & friendly.My fiancé ordered the Chicken Snictchel with baked potato.Which was ok.I ordered 200gm rump steak medium-rare.with baked potato.My steak was stringy & chewy & tough to eat,was not impressed.

Waitress Cornette was excellent and remembered our order without writing it down. I only eat chicken, so the options are a bit limited and I feel veggies can be added on the menu for non-meat eaters.The play area for kids are fabulous as it allows the parents to eat a meal in peace.

A place to come together and enjoy south coast hospitality. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Look out for the awesome decor and specials too! A place for kids to play safely, pool tables and pub space as well as more of a restaurant space for those that want to dine with family. Parking is safe in a fenced-in area. Definitely a must visit while on the south coast.

Definitely one of the best restaurants I have been to. The service is great and the food is phenomenal. The sliders are really something. Steak is tasty. Jeandre is an amazing waiter. Well done.

We went when staying Ramsgate on holiday from the UK. Made to feel very welcome. Beer and food was really good. The garlic bread was to die for!! It was so good there we went back the next evening as well!! Service was great even though load shedding was in full swing during both our visits.

This is the place to be. Great atmosphere and very well trained staff. Our waitress was very helpfull and helped with all our requests. Great play area for children. Well done Team

We had dinner there with my 5 guests. And all our Steaks was absolutely devine and prefectly done. Our waitress was also friendly and amazing. Taking good care of us.I will definitely be back and will also recommend to my Tennants/Guests. ( I run a Self catering accommodations).Thank you

It was the first time and last time at Hardekool. It is a nice setting with open areas and a playground for kids.The steak was the portion of a minute steak and as chewy as I have never experienced.Steak eggs and chips for R105 you would expect better.

Definitely the worst food on the South coast. Steaks were terrible. Could not even cut them with a steak knife. Had to wait for an hour and a half for such bad food. Never again!
