The sales person was very rude, didnt even know what the policy was when buying on credit, we were told come back on monday im too tired to remember on the weekend" we payed R300 delivery fee for 6km away

To buy at House & Home Montana was a good experience, Charlotte assisted friendly and politely. To fetch your stuff a whole different story. There are no indication where to collect, in the rain we had to walk around to ask where to go and then again we were sent outside around all the way in the rain just to find no one at the delivery spot. Staff behind counters unfriendly and unhelpful. Will NEVER buy from Montana Houde & Home again!!

What a slow service.Is there any explanation why new machine has water inside.I bought the machine. Placed in the car, when I got home my car is wet because of the water coming from the machine. You don't respect us as customers.

Paid for goods said will deliver Sunday 22 November 2020. 4 hours since paid no delivery and no answer or any feedback to inform us what is happening. Angy said would take half an hour for delivery. Will make sure never ever to buy anything from your store and will share this worst experience with everybody. You can now take these items bought and shuve it. No longer want it and want all my money refunded with in 24 hrs. Will rather go somewhere ells. Regards

The service is very bad, I went there wanting to take out my laybuy with the black Friday special and they gave us so many excuses, wanted slips for previous payments which I don't understand why because on their statement all the amounts paid are there. I didn't appreciate how they handled this and then forcing us to get an affidavit.

We've had really good service here before, but today the service really sucked. We went to sign a contract after being told it's ready. The sales person just disappeared on us, making us sit for almost an hour. Other staff stepped in to help. Lots of confusion. Not impressed at all.

Will never purchase anything from here. I waited over 1.5hours in the collection area, still did not receive my goods. Asked for a refund, I will not be disrespected with my hard earned money.
