Horrified. I cant believe Sony would trust this supplier.The only people who are helpful are the lovely ladies at the front deskI took a faulty item in for warranty replacement 4 weeks ago.I was told that I should expect to wait at most 1 week.I have phoned to check for an update every single week and they keep saying they are waiting for the supplier. I then asked them if they could please follow up with the supplier and provide me with a lead time as surely, if they are not delivering you then follow up?I was then told that the supplier got back to them and was supposed to drop stock EARLY this week. Apon phoning again, today, thursday I was told Sorry we are still waiting for stock"Unacceptable. Customer service said I was to expect a phone call from the head of department

Avoid this place, I arrived at the store at 7:45 to drop of my epson printer, whilst waiting for someone to assist, I was told to wait outside as the store opens at 8am. Whilst waiting outside the same guy brings out a generator, so just before 8am I go back in the store and what do u know loadshedding strikes. The receptionist told me I need to wait as they are trying to start up the generator, as she can't book the printer in as the laptop is off. After waiting 20mins or so there was an issue starting the generator, so a manual job card was made.Pathetic customer service, as they could have booked my printer in within 5mins while the power was on and I could have been on my way, as the staff clearly knew there was gonna be loadshedding, however they made me wait while all the staff gathered outside to smoke and have a chat.That was on Thursday morning, after no response I called on Monday for feedback they said 2-3 days so I told them it's the 3day, they said I'll receive communication by the end of the day...On Tuesday morning I called again, same story, communication within the day, I called again around 3pm the lady said she will call me back just now....Wednesday morning, same story communication within the day. Finally around 1pm I received my quote R2500 to fix an epson L121 which is around R2600 new. The quote was for a L5190 epson print head.This was the second time I visited this store, the first time my printer was under warranty, they couldn't fix it and gave me some kind of credit note which was a nightmare to claim a new printer from the retailer, as the retailer needed the printer back for a replacement unit.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took months to complete my repair, broken promises and ever changing goal posts when questioned. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service. Every time I call I go through at least 4 people before someone gives me a reference number that doesn't get anywhere. They won't transfer me to a manager or director or anyone who will help me either.

They have the gear but no idea. SLLLOOOOOOOW service. New guy on the counter and I’m all for training on the job but the other attendant wasn’t interested and carrying on as if he knew the job. He was polite but when I asked the other attendant to help him because she had helped others who had already left I was looked at like a pork chop in a synagogue. CUSTOMER SERVICE, please teach your client facing staff the meaning of this.I’ll drive to Johannesburg before I try and buy something from your Durban Branch again.

So I phoned to have a hdmi port replaced on a ps4 and was told a compulsory R 3200 assessment fee was required before I can be quoted on replacement of the hdmi port ,this sounding completely absurd I asked to speak to a manager only to have the call cut .....appalling! Giving a 1 star because there is nothing lower

My go to Service centre for Canon & Epson, printer & copier centre.Small irritation is that you wait nearly 40mins to check machine in. Could be a result of poor Internet comms, as they operate fully online.
