Best ever customer service i recieved in a long time. Rodrick, Mohammed and Morne. I didnt feel like a customer, more like old friends. Were offered refreshments while waiting for the repairs. Also a big thank you to Renier from Johannesburg that assisted me telephonically. EPIC service. Can highly recommend

Terrible...QSC speaker went in for amp repair came back after 4 months" with a new problem...Speaker been standing by them for 3 month now again -still waiting..."

Had to go back to fix an issue with my OneNav car device and had the best customer experience in a very long time!When arriving I was offered a comfortable place to relax and given coffee and even some biscuits :)Rodney sorted my device out in record time!Thank you very much for excellent service!!

Useless...Waited for repair on speakers that is under warrenty for more than 3 months came back with new problem...2 months now again...Still waiting...AVOID THEM IF YOU CANPlanet world is making QSC's name bad!

Product was falsely advertised - When following up to find out what can be done about shipping the correct product, no action was taken towards fixing the issue.I now sit with a product that does not work for me, and zero recourse from Planet World.Would not recommend working with this team.
