The staff were very friendly and keen to help and share advice. The whole process was quick and I was out after having my test done within 5 minutes. I would say the majority of the tests are very reasonably priced too. Overall a slick and professional experience.

Worst experience ever. Unfortunately my doctor wasn’t registered with PathCare as I recently moved from Durban and this was my final blood test required from him. After nearly an hour organizing my details with the receptionist and sorting all the paperwork out for her - I finally had my blood taken. The next morning I woke up with an arm that was swollen and purple from my mid-forearm, all the way up to my bicep. I phoned on Sunday as I urgently needed to receive my bloods by Monday. The lady informed me on the phone that my results had been sent to my doctor. By noon, my doctor had still not received my results. I then phoned again to be informed that they had not emailed my results as I did not provide my doctors details - which I spent nearly and hour doing prior to my blood test. They then informed me that I would have to regather the information from my doctor - which I refused to do as I had already done so. I advised them to phone the stellenbosch branch to rectify the situation. An hour later and still nothing, so I phoned again to be told that the details were still not found. At this point I just needed to get my results as it was an urgent matter so I found the details again. Another hour passed, and still nothing! I phoned again only to be informed that they took the incorrect email address down. Unacceptable! The worst part is that no one even phoned me to inform me that my details were lost/missing - they were just going to leave it unresolved. I am now stuck with an arm that I can hardly bend and another night of anxiety waiting till the morning for my results. If I could give this pathology lab zero stars - I would.

They go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable. Thank you for the amazing care and assistance, you guys are awesome!

The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Parking availability helps a lot. Generally excellent service. I detract a star as the times on thier Google business page are incorrect. This caused me no small measure of inconvenience, and something as basic as operating hours should be correct.
