The place is so serene. Very nice place. Loved the room I stayed in with view of the lake. The only downside is the old mattress on the bed.

Excellent place to stay, good breakfast and lunch packs, good supper, listen to frog's singing at the dam next door, funny no mosquitoes. I did ask them to do something about their internet. The guest lady look after all my needs

Check in process was horrible, I was informed my card didn't go through on the Agoda system, when I tried to show the lady that the transaction had been captured on my account she wouldn't spare me a second. I asked her to check with Agoda because everything looked fine on my side, she responded to say she can't do that, she will have to charge me and I must sort it out myself. I then decided to call the Agoda call centre where they confirmed everything was fine on their side and they requested to speak to her. It was only after the call I made to Agoda that she stated that they had made a mistake on their side when they charged against my card, hence the funds didn't go through, what they were charging was not on the Agoda system. Mind you for the amount that was creating a mismatch, I had told them verbally and by text that I would settle on arrival, I also mentioned it on arrival that I had to settle an extra amount with them, but she was just to happy to tell me that the charge did not go through and I should pay them and sort my issue out with Agoda.As if I hadn't realised it was going to be a tough night, I asked to borrow their iron as I was leaving at 6.30 the following morning, I was met with a cold response to say the cleaners only come in at 8 and they are the ones who keep the stuff.The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming.

Awsome rooms. Great breakfast... very friendly staff..Geysers work on solar power... so i got a cold shower.... in winter morning

We had a beautiful room. The view was stunning even though it is very dry at the moment and the lake is predominantly reeds. We had an issue with our geyser but someone came to fix it within an hour of us being there. Enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night.

Rooms are beautiful love the Deco, however almost everything meant to keep me warm in this room is not working, yesterday I was sooo cold my consolation was the electric bed, but all the same it was lukewarm not even warm.. I'm the morning when I took the shower the water was warm not hot meaning I walked out of the shower cold.. I complained to the cleaning late she was going to inform the manager but I'm finding myself sleeping in this room again.. Been in bed since I finished my errands

Good service. But the room I stayed in was not well maintained. The mattresses are old and worn. The bathroom light did not work. The bedside cabinet is pulling off from the wall. The WiFi did not work in the rooms that had signal from the repeater. So much potential. It's a pity...

Worse ever, not sure why it's graded as a 4 star. Arrogance, we didn't have water and no one bothered to inform us or even apologising. I am never going back. Worst nightmare

Great, clean, comfortable and modern rooms. The airconditioning is a bid bonus however the shower/bathroom is very small so for a larger person it does get uncomfortable. The staff are friendly but if you want dinner book in advance.
