I need to thank the Billion company for their professional and friendly staff. They make the process sending some household stuff to Australia so much easier. I called them various times for quotes, questions and information and never make you feel uncomfortable. From the start everything went well and my family are very happy to receive their goods in a good order. Thank you The Billion Company, it was a stress less exercise.

I regret that I have to say I wasn't happy with their service and attitude, at the beginning I chose them over their competitors to support local businesses and have less complicated process, at the end I had to pay extra charges which I was not supposed to and more money for a shipment that was managed poorly and delivered very late!!!! They promised that they will pay the extra charges back but instead they are playing games and not responding my calls. I suggest you use a more reliable service provider.
