I would say it’s a good place for start. The rent is affordable but the electricity rates are unbelievable, if you were to factor in those rates it would be the same as living in any other apartment in the same range in the area. Weekends are pretty loud and security only deals with new people and afraid of the old. Just facts. As for parking just consider your car parked not Secure.

Nice residential apartments but there should be orderliness and rules. People tend to just do their own thing cos there's no one watching.

Akasia place apartments is a beautiful apartments for beginners with average income like myself above all, is secure, very clean and affordable with an effective management crew but most importantly, it currently has a very caring and understanding caretaker in person of Mr Victor... I respect his impeccable managerial ability!

I go there for my golf. The course is challenging. No flat green. Water hazards. . Interesting. But half way. . You swallow harder

A very loud unruly place to stay for if you are looking for a homie vibe this isn't the place for you. No rules from parking, noise levels even the speed driven within the premises

The place is filthy and loud, loud music is played every weekend the whole night until sunrise, and the security those nothing about it, also strangers and outsiders have easy access to the complex, making it an unsafe environment for our children and cars.

The place is good with security and the are not strict Rules they allow bit of freedom. Noise level is not monitored to that level
