Nonsense place this one, the maintenance and service department doesn't know what is what, my car has been there the whole week, they are busy doing trouble shooting, claiming for wrong things and taking the money, and ignoring my polo. Even the supervisor after commiting to helping me has done nothing to assist me. After having replaced all the coils and injectors (which they said was the problem) still there is a problem and they still do not know what is wrong. Time and money has been wasted. Head office needs to audit this dealership because really we are suffering.

Had to purchase a rear wiper blade as mine was stolen in the Richardsbay Super Spar parking lot. Service department was quick and efficient even on a Saturday morning and even looking up my car as I didn't provide a vin number the day before when phoning. Friendly service
