We purchased an inverter based on the supplied info from the sales person. The inverter failed within 3 days. Now Woodlands doesn’t want to reimburse our money even though we are within the 7 day period. Don’t support this shop, rather support Makro which has a better after sales and return policy.

We visited the store and the woman at the front counter was busy on a video-call with her boyfriend/husband. Didn't even lift her head to greet us as customers. That was the first impression. If you invest millions in a new business, don't put an idiot at the front door. Never going back. Grand opening? No, not so grand.
