I bought a Livia robe on Friday the 3rd and I was told it will be delivered same day but to my surprise it was not and there was no communication at all.The lady(Babalwa) that assisted me did not take my calls and even ignored me on whatsapp, I called again on Sunday she then told me that she does not use her phone at work which amazed me because we communicated by phone before I even went to the store. Her customer service is the poorest she can not meet meet and exceed customers expectations. I am still waiting for my robe and she hasn't said anything. In fact I want a refund
