Great variety of new balance clothes and shoes. Normally buy my running shoes there at half the prices sold in stores. Highly recommended.

I don't know why anyone would go to a sports shop and pay full price for perfectly good shoes. I got new runners and was not only surprised by the good service but also the deal I got! Thanks Shane for going above and beyond and making this desperate outing for much needed new shoes such a positive experience! Definetly told loads of people to go there.

Want to say thank you to Shane and team for the excellent client service I received today but mostly to Shane for handling my complaint and letting me walk away there better than when I first came in. Will definitely shop there again.

Bought 2 pairs of New balance running shoes for my girls and the guy that helped (fail to remember his name now.., maybe Kendrick..)was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop there again. Prices were unbeatable as well

New Balance is the only store at Access Park where you actually save money, best shoes for long distance running

Just had the worst retail experience at this shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for the correct running shoes. Yes, there are bargains but a lot can be said about the quality or rather lack of in their service. They had various shop assistants who never offered you any help and rather than assisting their customers chatted with one another.However what makes this review particularly bad is that the shop assistants would assist you if you had a certain look or stereotype, such as being sporty. I never had this and so was utterly ignored even though I was having trouble finding and trying on the correct running shoes. Worst retail experience I have ever had.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Just wish they will stock all the shoes, as I have been looking to try on Vongo V 5, and this is 3rd time I drove 400km to come and buy a pair of shoes. Is my 2nd pair of fresh foam in 2 months. Loving them, but lets face it. They are very very expensive. With cost rising in South Africa, maybe New Balance must look into it to reduce their price on shoes . They will sell much more

Staff at this branch where eager to help and had lots of patience when it came to deciding which shoe was perfect for me. Only down side was that the variety was not as large compared to the access park in Kenilworth.
