Very persistent & punctual.. However, I feel they can make way with some sort of leniency if a person pays bigger lump some amounts in advance - then not to charge a late payment fee when the credit runs low whilst waiting for the next lump some to be paid..

Neat and tidy. I decided to ride an extra 10 km when I chose The Greenbushes Location. I just liked the guys, the friendlyness and persistence.

From the moment I called them, the service has been more than excellent. Riana was more than helpful and the facility is spotless, the staff super friendly. I am more than assured that my belongings are safe and well looked after. Thank you Stor-Age Greenbushes for your amazing service and care!

I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding when i can collect my tag. Still haven't been advised what my unit number is.Not really good communication from their side.

Customer service is poor. You can enter a certain time and not possibe as we all work during the week. Iv arranged with the office to move out on the Saturday 1 May without paying a n other months installment. It was agreed by them yet they deducted another payment. I entered before closing of business and was forced out by security to leave after close of business. I have emailed the office with whom i arranged and they said it was after hours therefore i had to paid another month. Entering and existing time was never discussed when signing the contract.

A pleasurable experience I had. They go beyond the duty of services to serve the client and assist to the best of their ability. Ensuring an economical and efficient services is provided.. Thank you Matthew!!

What a horrible experience I’ve had with this company. After 2yrs of renting a unit, I came to find out out my unit was cleared out without notice to me or any prior warning. I received absolutely no help in trying to locate my items and the procedure on how to get them back. DO NOT USE STOR-AGE. All my valuable and sentimental family items are lost together with all my child’s baby items that I kept. When I tried to enquire about this I was met with unprofessional and rude treatment from the client services in Cape Town. You have been sent from pillar to post. The worst part is that my unit was paid for on a monthly basis and even though there are many unpaid units that have not been touched, MY unit was cleared. This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with company and I want my items back and this matter settles with great urgency!
