Terrible service. Pizza arrived over an hour late, ice cold and we paid R40 for delivery!!! Pizza tasted fantastic. Rather collect

Poor Quality Pizza - ingredients were not good enough. Pizza was bland and had poor quality off avocado on it. This should not be served and is appalling customer service/standard.

Very good pizza. Friendly staff. But I think the franchisees should increase staff per shift: for the staff' sake - please (there needs to be a second cashier, and someone strictly taking phone orders)

While waiting for my order, one of the kitchen staff dropped a utensil on the floor, then picked it up and proceeded to use it. I brought this to the attention of the front house cashier, canceled my order and left.The gentleman behind me, who's order the utensil was being used on, over heard me and was not at all happy.Check your hygiene standards, this is not your house, there is no 3 second rule...

People must ask for their orders , even though there is a person who is hired to call your order number when your food is ready(Basically bad service and a cashier who does not care). Ordered two pizza , one was fantastic the other they forgot the tomato base sauce which made the pizza super bland and dry.

This was the first time I ordered Roman's wanting to support them. Firstly the delivery time kept changing and eventually the driver dropped it almost two hours after the order placed.
