Went to view tiles, Found what I wanted asked for order via email to get an official quote to pay. No feedback after 3 emails and contacting them as well as head office. USELESS. I rather pay more and go to another place with service. Approaching the end of 2 weeks now.

Very unfriendly staff.They dont no whats happening in the store.I waited by the till points for about 20 mins before being helped.The lady who then assisted me didnt even go check in system if they have stock of mosaic tile i required. She reckoned to me if i dont see it on the floor then they don't have it. So i had to tell her please check on system and also check if ur other branch has the tile.When she went to system to check. She didnt even know how to check. So she used her cellphone to phone the other branch.Overall Hopeless and clueless staff. Will definitely not be going back.This store is not recommended at all.

Had wonderful service from Mbali. We just needed one tile and she went out of her way to sort us out! How fantastic to have such assistance and friendliness.... will definitely come back here when we need a big tiling job done.

Staff not very knowledgeable regarding products, lack experience. Supposed to be a factory store but prices not much cheaper than the stores.

Can't say much about this place. You come in and no staff to assist you. Only two staff running around in this big store. Prices are reasonable, that's all that actually impressed me.
