Midridge Laundry & Dry Cleaners

This was the first and last time i take my laundry there. My white clothes are now cream. Sheets and pillow cases look like they've been dunked in mud and just rinsed. They only gave me half of my clothes when I went to collect. I only realised that when I got home, when I called none of them knew where my laundry was and had to look around. Don't understand why it got separated in the first place. Guess what they still had to wash and iron the rest of the remaining laundry after they found it in the backroom somewhere coz one of them seperated my laundry by mistake, that's what they said. Worst of all no apology at all. My washing machine would have washed my clothes way better. I honestly don't understand if they mix all the washing in dirty water or what. Paid R500 for nothing. Really disappointed. I will stick to the laundry place at health emporium in halfway house.

Good service, if you wish to never see some items of clothing ever again.

Missing some underwear and to wash and fold they wanted to charge me R27 per shirt..

Always when one pays with cash no receipts are issued. Either the system is not working or something to dismiss your request. It just happened today again.

I would definitely not recommend their service. They are rude. They 'spilled' bleach on a work shirt and had nothing to say. They did not have a working card machine or cash? Extremely poor service.

Brilliant customer service
