Good day no wanted to by a sanding machine Ryobi and both of them were Brocken inside but they were on the shelf sorry not good .

I saw a draw i wanted to buy, when i asked how much, they said it will only be priced on the 6th of Jan. The next day i went again to show my mom the draw, only to find that they sold it, after they said they can not sell it until the 6th cos they don't know the price. So ill not be ever buying things from u guys cos u obviously don't want to sell to everyone.

If you want to deal with people that are not out to Con you then this is the place, I met and spoke to the owner, nice gentleman. And was assisted by a gentleman named Mo. Professional and excellent service. You are a friend, not just a customer. Take it from me, I won't Con you on this.

Bought this at this store and I was so disappointed when I was given a bunch of gadgets to a steamer that is missing its main piece. Basically useless! Was told there's nothing they can do. What a waste of money and the people that work here don't even help

A 0 star rating is well deserved. Overall terrible experience which is STILL ongoing.Poor after sales service after having many issues with a phone purchased online and received on 25 Jan (which I was told was in excellent condition and had been FULLY tested beforehand.)Requested a repair and had to Courier the phone back to the store on the 1st of Feb. 14th Feb and I still don’t have the phone or an answer. I’ve had to call the store every time I wanted feedback. Not once did they call me.Called at 9:15 today because I was told they can only refund me when I specifically asked for a repair. Spoke to a completely different guy who said he’ll call me with an answer within the hour. Nothing.I had to call back at 2pm to ask why, I got an “ Eish I was busy I forgot but I was going to call “. Asked to speak to store owner and was told it can only be done tomorrow because they are at a different branch. Explaining my frustration to him and suddenly my line is bad and he will call me in an hour because he has work to finish. Filled with excuses.After losing my patience, I called back to say I want a refund done today as I’ve waited way too long. He says he’ll talk to the store owner and call me back, yet he couldn’t do it when I initially asked?I’m confused as to how this phone even made it past a buyshop buyer and onto the floor to be sold if they had done the necessary tests they SAID they did.This entire process has been tiring. I’ve been fairly cooperative and patient for something that could’ve been avoided if someone bothered testing the phone properly before it was released to the floor to be sold.Really thought I was getting an excellent deal but seems they were well aware of all its faults beforehand.

Wonderful service , never wait long they are quite snappy lol. They also have a WhatsApp number where u can make enquiries before u come to the store. Excellent service

Not good.people at the door gave us problems because my son has a cap on.i will never go there again.

Bought a washing machine, discovered that it was not working properly immediately.They sent out a technician to fix it, it took a week but the problem was fixed eventually

The most unprofessional and rude buying staff I have ever encountered at any cash crusaders. Dont answer your whatsapp or a phone call when you are busy with a client KG as he called himself. Not all you customers are drug users very important not to treat them all that way.
