First time buyer in 2019, bought a lovely investment property in Pretoria North through Donald.I was 28years old and he treated me with so much respect and we viewed a couple of areas.so overall experience was good.currently enjoying rental income from it while i'm taking a break from the city.

Terrible agency, good luck to anyone doing business with them. Unprofessional, lie about details of the property. If you can avoid this place and their rude staff, DO IT! Luckily we were not as dumb as the agent thought we were.

So this morning i made a request for a callback to view a property and i was called back by a guy called Kevin as identified by True Caller, he made it clear to me that as long as i don't have legal fees saved for transfer cost i cant view any house with him, basically i will be wasting his time.. i am so shocked and disappointed in this real estate and the way they look down on people, he was impatient ,rude and unprofessional,he even had the guts to say ''we will talk when you are financially ready'', how do you make a decision that someone is not financially ready based on transfer costs? i'm lost...
