The water was really cold, and visibility was difficult. It’s amazing how Great White Sharks and other sea creatures know where to go. Service was excellent and the guides are super knowledgeable. One felt same at all times and was a nervous and exciting experience of Shark Cage Diving. The more we know about Sharks the better we all will understand them, respect them and fear them less.

Did a week of volunteering with them and felt so welcomed and everyone, staff and other volunteers, was great and so friendly ! The organization is focused on security, education and experience and they deliver every time you go on the water with them ! They are really knowledgeable and associated with great conservation initiatives. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trilling experience

Marine Dynamics is very well organised, the staff are friendly and helpful and our guide Olivia is a lovely, caring girl. The boat is fast an sufficient, we didn't feel crowded at all. Although the water was freezing, we were lucky to see 2 Bronze Whaler sharks from the upper deck. Unfortunately they did not return again after the first cage went down. The only Negative point was the snack that we got afterwards. The soup was disgusting, it had no taste whatsoever; it was water with more celery in than anything else. The bread buns was tasty but unfortunately no butter was provided. a Nice warm cup of coffee would also have been nice afterwards, but there were only 2 jugs of water on the table. Maybe you can have a look into this. This was Sunday 21 August 2022.

Great experience! The hotel pick up was perfectly at the time that they told us. The HQ has all the facilities, and the staff is amazing, always asking how we where, if we needed something… just great! We cold see sharks most of the time, it just took a few minutes see the first one! It’s an experience that have to be done if you are in Cape Town!

As someone who is not very well traveled outside the United States I will start this review off by saying I was very worried when I booked this. I read all the reviews and debated another company but ultimately decided to go with Marine Dynamics (very glad I did) and after booking I realized I didn't read how the pickup and drop off worked and staying in Cape Town it's a good 2.5 hour drive and we booked the morning charter so I was a little worried but after communicating back and forth we figured it out and WOW were we glad it did. This was one of the most fun and most surreal experience I've ever done. The staff was incredible and extremely friendly and so entirely knowledgeable about everything. Any question you had was answered thoroughly and it genuinely seemed liked they cared. 100/10 would recommend

Excellent experience. Crew and staff were great and very knowledgeable. Having a marine biologist on board was very educational as well.

The entire experience, from the pickup in Cape Town by Darkwin Davis, to the welcome/safety briefing, to the actual shark (and whale, and seal) experience was 5-star all the way. An excellent company all around. Special shout-out to Alina who literally spent every moment of her time making sure every person on board was happy, prepared, informed, educated, and comfortable (even comforting those who had sea-bellies). Oh, and the sharks... we counted 10 of them! There were so many sharks in front of our faces that it was overwhelming (in a good way!). At one point there were 10 sharks in front of us, a seal to our left, and two breaching whales to our right. I mean... talk about amazement overload... how can you express all of this with a simple Google review? I tried. Thanks to everyone at Marine Dynamics, and to the sharks too for putting on a show.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Check in was seamless and we got to double check our wetsuit and bootie sizes. The trip started with a nice lunch and a briefing at the restaurant. Met some cool new people from Holland and France who we ended up sticking with for the rest of the trip. The short boat ride to the shallows was a fun little rollercoaster. We had a good laugh trying to get our wetsuits on when we were anchored. We were the second group in the cage and spent about 10 minutes or so in there. The team was very enthusiastic and informative. Answered all the questions the visitors had and did a great job getting the sharks to the cages so we could see them up close. When getting out of the cage, we got rinsed off and helped out of our wetsuits. We got some hot chocolate and snacks and stood by to watch the rest of the groups go down and listen to the team answer some more questions. The trip back to the restaurant was chill and everyone was happy. We had a warm bowl of veggie soup and some fresh bread rolls while debriefing. The photos of the trip was on the website that same day and we got the video of the trip just 3 days after. The entire experience was amazing and not as scary as I thought. I would definitely do it again if given the chance.

Great experience!Friendly staff, very educational, unfortunately we did not get to see a Great White that day, but there were about 12-15 sharks out there including a 7 gill.We did get so see several dolphin pods on the way back that was a nice surprise.Overall a great experience would definitely recommend this!
