Tried to buy iPad from them but they wouldn’t even assist me after messaging them and calling repeatedly

Some staff members need more customer training was not happy with the service special at Carlton center, other thing management open the shop 9:20 we waited for hole 20 minutes so that a shop could be open no that's it and it's not the first time

Staff is very helpful and friendly and love that they were also very efficient as well. Great product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Their customers service is very poor from store level up to Head offices. Once had a bad customer experience in carlton center store. The cashier was very rude. Following morning called their head offices to complain about their customers service. They Took my number never called till todae. Will never visit any of their stores again.

Absolute horrendous experience from the so called manager here -Donald. I bought an iPhone cable which 2 consultants confirmed it was “original” 5 days later tve cable stopped working. Upon return this man didn’t care he asked if the item was as tested before and I confirmed it was not and he said theres nothing hey can do about it they do not warranty cables and batteries which again was not explained to me upon purchase, what frustrates me the most is that I waited close to an hour as he said he is going to make a phone call at the back only for himto go there and get on with his other work making me foolishly wait for him as he promised he’d make a call and give feedback, the lady at the front desk concerned went to ask him what’s happening and he said he is busy with work he’ll come to me, minutes later he comes out with his arrogance and says he was hustling for a cable but other things that were important got in the way as if customer are less important!!!! Absolutely distasteful attitude from such a grown man who’s supposedly the manager !!!!!!!!
