Autowash Meyersdal

This car wash is poorly managed and I will not use them again. The team washing and drying vehicles showed little professionalism and were laughing and joking around which in turn slowed down their productivity. The manager on duty needs to do their job more effectively. I cannot comment on the quality of the wash as I left the car wash while waiting in queue for a long period of time.

Worst car wash experience ever! Will never return to this business. Incompetent manager, they did not wash my tires and the wash was incomplete. Payed for a R200 manager special, which was sold to me with a polish included, went to pick up my car then they told me it is only a wax which was applied. My vehicle was also still wet because it rained a little bit before I went to pick it up, they did not even dry it again just left it wet. Please close your doors or improve your service drastically!

Would not recommend. Also paid for a so called managers special" only to find that my car's interior had been coated by some shiny trim spray which they call leather treatment that looked terrible. I spent two hours re cleaning my interior to remove all of it."

Excellent carwash. Fast efficient and thorough carwash. The business uses hi-tech technology which inhances the the cleaning process whilst protecting the paint. Staff are friendly and motivated. Highly recommend.

The wash on my car was done well BUT I had a tub of bubblegum and zumbuck stolen from my car. (minuscule items but for me it's the principle) I put the items in my cubby before leaving my car for the wash and when I got back they were gone. Staff/management was notified but didn't seem too phased. Won't be returning based on the principle

The employees who washed my car,Allowed the other customers to sit ontop my of bottonet and chat with them. My car was not even washed properly. Bad service and they owners of that company had no respect for their customers cars

This car wash started off quite well, however as time went on, cars don’t get a thorough wash especially for the price we are paying. I have to walk around the car and point to staff where they missed. Instead of cleaning they tell me how much they aren’t getting paid, as a client that makes me feel uncomfortable. I honestly feel that the manager should be the one inspecting the car and if his/her staff did a thorough job and not the client. It’s like I constantly have to remind people how to do their job.

Great service, my car was spotless, very impressive car wash!

I took my gfs car for a valet, on Saturday. Ended up taking it back on Sunday cause it wash done half.The car smelt horrible inside. Like the water used was from harties.They failed to polish the car, twice.They failed to even vacuum correctly. This is a valet.I Ended up doing it this past weekend myself.Deep cleaned the interior. Extracted a dry shampoo myself.Actually took time with a brush and got into every corner of the car.Polished it by hand. Finally got results. Been going for years.I would change it if I took ownership of this bussiness. More discipline when washing and no horseplay in the workplace.Owner of autowash please feel free to contact me. I would take the bussiness and take it back old school where you have respect for every car that comes through and deserves the service they paying for.

I bring my cars here everytime and most recently on the 18th may 2023 around 10:30 am ).●I always take option 10 which is a super wash and hand polish for R300 and they by far always do a better and most perfect job on the polishing and foam wash then any other car wash I've been too.●It took them around 1 hour to polish and clean the car inside after the wash as I went to del forno in the meantime,when I came back the car was super shiny like it had a chrome wrap on it,inside of the car was cleaned perfectly and no wet marks were left over from drying and wiping the windows down.●I would definitely reccomend the super wash over the normal wash as the super wash has the foam soap that is used and it cleans the car better.●Staff are super friendly and do such a great job,a really great car wash
