Very bad customer service. Always the clients fault when network is bad. 89% of the time slow network, and then they tell you on there side everything test 100% right. No constant network ping of 49 to 400ms, download from 0.98 Mbps to 14 Mbps my speed im paying for, most of the time can't even reach 9Mbps. The last one year they went from good to really really bad. Been with them for about 4 years. Time to move on. If you got alot of time on your hand go for it. They will keep you busy by plugging in and out your router to fix the problem.

Received great service in the beginning then my speed went down and they were full of stories. I contacted the owner ( Justin ) directly and he sorted my issue out within a few hours. Thank you JND team and to Justin for the service.. I even recommend you to my customers,friends and family.

Owner can not sort out problems when they happen. He insult the costomer insted of sorting out the problem. He claim on faceboek that i owe him monney. JND dont keep to an apointment to come and fix the problem. 3 weeks without wifi and keep on paying for no service

Disappointment when cancelling service. I had to follow up for final invoice, confirmation that my account is fully paid up, requested feedback from management where the consultant advised that they would revert to me and never did. While I was using their service, they responded and assisted, once I cancelled, I feel that there was very little response, slow response, and unanswered questions. Still waiting for feedback, it has been a week since they removed the equipment from my property.

I had a problem for two days, they tried helping online, I made a call on the third day , the tech guys came and they fixed my problem and they were patient , made sure I was a happy client.

Poor customer service post fiber wifi installation, customer satisfaction for existing client is none existent. I received inaccurate advice from Janie and Justin regarding my preferred wifi extender device (Which i have been able to personally instal and configure without purchasing any additional components ). Although i kept an opened communication line, some of my critical mails and phone calls to Janie and Justin were purposefully ignored (indicating a serious lack of professionalism, honesty and trust from top management ). This attitude was also highly reflected on the technical dispatched team. As a fellow business owner I have been less impressed.

We have been with this company for about 10 years. Yes, there were occasional hick ups. We always received good service. Just November we were accused of not paying. Had to go to their office to find our payment on their system. I told the lady we wil not continue with the service. Now I'm held liable to pay them according to terms and conditions we never agreed to or signed. Still waiting for them to remove their equipment.

What does over using my speel means? I did not pay for a 1.1meg line 1.1 if I'm lucky. You could not supply me with what i paid for and where more offline then online and blamed everyone and everything but except responsibility for your incompetent service. But grow up now as this was 4 years ago. And I'm so over this. Why do u feel the need to keep defending yourself when there wasn't even a comment left here.
