So because of load shedding they don't have certain products available... But there is no signage to that effect. Load shedding is here to stay so please make more effort.

Probably the worst experience thus far... Ordered the new waffles cones dark chocolate aero with chocolate mousse... First off, it was mint aero and not dark chocolate, but that's not really a big deal... the waffle was burnt on the edges and entire waffles was hard as rock as I almost cracked the glass trying to break it, the burnt taste was throughout the rest of the waffle aswell and made it inedible... I gave up with that waffle and then wanted to try the chocolate mousse... it was like searching for a needle in a hay stack as I presume there was not even more than a teaspoon of mousse at the bottom... Really expected something good out of this but very disappointed...

Always a good experience at milky lane, look out for the little ice cream vending cart they have now, R25 for a selection.Waffles, ice cream, juices, milky lane

We ordered a Nice-cream cake for my daughters birthday - it was delicious. The service we received from the staff was excellent and they were extra friendly and helpfull - well done!

Disgusting and inedible food from Ballito Milky Lane. Had to dustbin both the desserts ordered. If there was a zero star I would award it.

Poor customer service, asked for an extra set of utensils - a staff member arrogantly stated that we knew we needed it and we should’ve told said staff member when we ordered.

I absolutely love their ice cream and milkshakes and I must admit I cant walk past them without a purchase which isnt too good for my health haha. Great staff, safe and secure and just well worth it.
