The lady working there is incompetent and very unprofessional. I will advise against using them.

I gave in my TAN Trenery handbag for cleaning to Victoria Steam in Watercrest Mall on 12th January 2021. I was told by the owner that they were able to clean it.4 months later and after many phone calls I was told to collect my bag and it was completely ruined. They had dyed my bag dark brown without my consent. Until now, the owner is not resolving this issue even though it was their fault.Furthermore, I was later told that they have ruined many items such as blouses and coats.The customer service from the owner is pathetic. They have no sense of responsibility or even a conscience in damaging peoples belongings.I do not recommend using this laundry service.

Took a 'Brand new ' karate Gi to be cleaned before an important event and came back with a pink tint. So mad!

They gave me assurance to remove the colour stain from my white clothes that was confirmed by the owner via WhatsApp pictures so I did leave the clothes with confidence.But then 4 days after… I got a collection request but the colour stain couldn’t come off and I will still have to pay them for them for trying.They only care about money!I don’t think they know what they’re doing!

I was convinced by the owner of the dry cleaners that my laundry will be ready the next day, all with false pretenses as it's currently 15 minutes passed the closing time of the shop,way past the collection time promised. Costing me the owner valued client" to go and purchase 3 full sets of work wear as I'll be leaving the country for business. I have received far better service from cheaper and friendly dry cleaners in the passed."

My Fiancé went to get his kilt and shirt cleaned and steamed for our wedding day. They charged us a ridiculous fee and eventhough giving them a clothing bag they still proceeded to FOLD the shirt and kilt, creasing it anyways. Would not recommend.

Been using them for the past few years for all my laundry and dry cleaning. Brilliant service always. I have used other dry cleaners and laundry services while travelling, but always end up coming back to Victoria Steam. Happy customer

Fantastic service, I run a bed and breakfast, so we often need sheets and so on cleaned, excellent results. The staff are courteous, and polite.

Took in a brand new Egyptian super king duvet cover to be cleaned it was bought two days before and had coffee spilt on it. Got it back and it's been torn. I can't believe a dry cleaner would be so careless with people's belongings. Don't use these people they will ruin your possessions. Bad bad bad service
