When you missing appointment they bill you more than a R1000 per appointment. They won't tell you this in advance. Then continue to make follow ups, and just write the dates on a card. I ended up with a bill of more than R5000. I take responsibility for missing appointments, but I feel in the end to them it's more about making money than the patient.
