The lady at the till not wearing a name tag sat with her back facing the customer q she ...took a while to acknowledge us. I Couldn't use my student .discount card.on the diaries which was not on sale she explained that they have a sale on .therefore I could not use the student card to purchase the diaries. The customer behind me felt that her attitude was rude and disrespectful ,so left both her trolleys filled to the brim.left the store its the first time we experienced this service All the staff are normally very organized friendly and helpful.

I was looking for an item that I couldn't find anywhere else. They assisted and were extremely helpful and I found what I needed. I was also impressed by the store as I'd never been there before. A very good selection of stationery requirements. And bonus, very friendly staff.

So happy to have PNA close by. They have such a huge variety of pens and fine liners, marking pens, pencils etc. They have a great selection of craft supplies. Including MDF cut outs. Paints. Office supplies. Stencils. Even a small selection of wool for those knitters or crochet enthusiasts. Staff are really helpful.

Luvly range of items. Loadshedding happend while I was doin my shopping. Not enuf natural light in the store, so I wudv expectd staff to switch on additional mobile lights as Loadshedding ain't anything out of the ordinary any longer. I wasn't able to complete my shopping as the last 2 isles were dark unfortunately. Staff sat at the tills having convo with each other instead of assisting on the floor.Customer service stripped this store from having a better rating.

What a great find. I've been driving past this shop for ages and never knew what magic awaited inside. It has a fab arts & crafts section and some lovely books and cute gifts for kids.
