Reception is friendly. Waited 30mins at parts just to get my remote battery changed. I asked why the battery didn't even last 2 years, and if it is covered by my car warranty. The reply was I can go change it myself if I think I can get a better battery. (My other car key battery lasted 12 years now, that's why I asked)
