Peermont Metcourt - Thaba Moshate

All the staff I encountered at the hotel were friendly and efficient. This includes the security guard at the boom gate, the reception staff and the restaurant/dining area staff.However, the rooms on the first floor don't smell good at all, because of an issue with the plumbing. During my first stay at the hotel in 2021, I assumed it was a temporary problem, but it persists.The food at the restaurant was good, with a wide variety from which to choose. One thing that can improve is the options for drinks - there was no option for juice, ice tea or sparkling water.

Hotel staff were professional and friendly, with clean rooms. Only challenge I experienced was the very smell coming from the bathroom

Very nice rooms. Not that big though, but nice and clean, love the ligta and available of electricity plugs throughout the room.The beds are great, had a good rest here. Bathroom and shower a bit on the small side, but hey, the light features make youfocus on the functionality rather than the size. Breakfast was delicious, no lack of choices.The casino and bars right next door, about 50 meters walk, make it an exiting place. All in all, I was happy.

Without announcing that they were going to close,the employees just walked switched off our machines and told us to go home.We could not even cash our winnings out as none of the customers was aware or informed.RegardsNatacha

Not that bad bad but The water is not drinkable, when you bath with, soap goes aside and water aside its unfiltered borehole water...The worse part they are aware that you can't drink that water but they don't offer complementary bottle water

Rooms were fine, but the food was cold and bland. Staff are not helpful at all.They over charged me for one night, and gave me an invoice that doesn't correspond with what I actually paid. I was promised a refund, but now they just don't respond to my emails.Avoid this place.

Bad bad bad. First I got at the hotel, It took them 30 min to book me in. I gave them my inv with both payments. I then was in formed that one room was canceled. I almost lost it. So they had to give me another room. That is not the end. The Saturday i wanted to swim at 6 but was told I could not swim because they had a wedding at noon. Yes you have it little old me will mess up the swimming pool at 6 for the wedding at noon. So I left for my own wedding, now when I came back it seems they lost all the proof of payments. So there we are back to I need to send them the proof again. Now I need to pay them another R400 bucks of a room they have booked me in that they have canceled. I am sorry but I will not pay them for a mess they have made. They have made my mid holiday into a nightmare. I will never ever come back to this place. 0 stars.

Location, the food and accommodation makes it a home away from home. I had a fantastic stay and will certainly come back and can undoubtedly recommend the place to other travelers.

Having stayed at this establishment previously I observed that the standard of this place is going down. From inefficient check in, made to wait to get room allocated because room keys system not working. The worst was waking up to find ants all over my snacks
