Back in the day when the surgery was down stairs, the service was so exceptional. One had the luck of being attended to by the owner personally.Then the service went upstairs, young professionals started getting exposure, which is a very good thing, but the recent experience left me very dissapointed. I went on Wednesday 12 June 2019 for a normal cleaning of teeth, I was called into another room were the filling was done, even though I indicated which teeth I needed to be prioritized, they did their own.I was made to then go back to waiting area to wait for my turn. I must indicated I arrived there at 11:00, by 14:30 I had to be elsewhere, I told the receptionist I will be back the following day at 10:00. I went back Thursday 13 June 2019, to my surprise, I was made to join the new queue. As I was queieng, I overheard the lady and the guy sitting next to me that they were also there for the second time. 12:45 I was still not assisted, and unfortunately, with the Dr out of side these days, I had to cancel. I'm just hoping they won't be claiming for procedures they didn't carry out from my medical aid.I am officially not going back.

instead of saying they could not do the job, they went ahead anyway and that resulted in me not be able to chew on my right side cause of the pain, went again so they could fix the mess they created and same results, had to go to another dentist to fix my right sided teeth not tooth so you can imagine the costs and i understand that they are young but will never set foot at that place ever again

Very poor client service☹️☹️☹️☹️I arrived there 11:15 for my appointment which was scheduled for 11:30. I was attended at 14:10.They did not apologize and even the Dr herself did not when I told her. I would never recommend anyone there. I'm very disappointed with their service.

My nephew went there yesterday to take out his tooth he had the worst experience of his life. He felt every pain whilst the tooth was been extracted. He was bleeding the whole night after that. This is incompetent. You can't have kids experience such. They were only assisted 3hrs later when they made an appointment for 13:00. Tooth extraction took 2hours very bad

Service was professional but still friendly and I would recommend this place if you need help with any oral related problem.
