My car has been with them for almost two months for a simple bumper replacement and they still have not started working on my car yet. Absolutely pathetic service. They have a no care attitude that you just have to wait. Will never buy a mercedes again.

Went there for a quotation and was very impressed by the entire process. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the estimator. I'm still waiting for the quotation. The premises were clean and quiet, not the usual loud and noisy, as has become the norm nowadays. I sincerely hope that the rest of my experience will be of the same high standard.

I received a lot of empty promises from that business they told me to bring over my car because all parts have been delivered. After 10 days that the car has been with them and after they have been ignoring my emails and never phone back like promised apparently not all parts have been delivered and obviously the time frame of the work got extended. Be careful when you are dealing with this business
