Just pointed out to a driver that he’d dropped his cigarette box on the floor, he gave me a thumbs up and drove away without picking it up. Pretty disappointing disregard for the environment and people around him. Obviously a bad reflection on the business too.

Five years ago, we had our home's numerous windows and doors replaced with UPVC double glazing. We are very happy with the results and have had a number of favourable comments over the years. They still look and behave as new.This year, I asked the company for a quote to enclose a porch with windows and a sliding door. I also asked ASAP UPVC to quote. ASAP UPVC was a THIRD cheaper than the other company!I hummed and hahed as the original company said that ASAP had a bad reputation. I discussed this with ASAP and they gave me the contact details of three customers. I called these customers who were all genuine and they were very complimentary about ASAP and their product and customer service. As my project was at an inconspicuous area of the house, I decided to give ASAP the job. They were quick, efficient, communicated well throughout the process from quote to installation and I am very pleased with the finished installation. It looks good and is excellent value for money. I just wish that ASAP built conservatories as no company seems to provide UPVC conservatories locally.

ASAP UPVC gave the most competitive quote by far. However they oversell their products, guaranteeing near total soundproofing which was not nearly the case. I also found it strange that, for a glass company, they could not give me any options to chose from when it came to specifications of the glass. It also took around 3 months for the installation to occur and the installation itself was less than perfect. So overall excellent pricing, excellent salesmanship, mediocre product.
