Excellent service from Michael and Georgina at the Silverton branch. Friendly, helpful and will go to extra mile to assist you. Changes were made on how I wanted a furniture item with no fuss. Many thanks for your excellent service. Same goes to the 2 delivery guys they were extremely kind and helpful. This will most definitely be the store I will purchase furniture from now on. Bought a bed in December 2022. The base is broken. 17 February 2023 after numerous messages and phone calls to the store it hasn't been replaced. Very disappointed.
