I took my iPhone to get fixed at Gadget n Cell at a very reasonable price. I was able to get good service and Uzziy helped me out whenever I went back with a follow-up issue. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to get Microsoft Office installed on my computer and I was frustrated from the beginning. The technician kept rescheduling the day he was meant to install the app and I had to be the one who followed up all the time. Because of how much he had frustrated me, he offered to do the install for free (which was a lie). Eventually after two days he finally installed the app but charged me despite telling me he wouldn’t. At this point I was fed up so I just paid and left. He assured me that I wouldn’t have to worry about purchasing another product key for a whole year. One month later the product key expired. I notified him and he said I could get the app re installed however, for an entire week I went to the shop but no one was there. When I finally found someone at the shop, it was a different technician who also kept stalling the installation process. This is despite me indicating that I urgently needed the app installed because I was working on a project. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. That’s when I got blocked! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Horrible service!
