Been promised delivery over and over and still no furniture. If you don;t follow up you get no feedback. They'll tell you delivery is monday, then nothing comes. You're then told Friday, nothing comes. You're then told definitely the following week - still nothing. I wouldn't order anything from here again.

Indeed, high quality wood furniture, but buying a mattress here is a nightmare and when things go wrong, their service is poor.

Unhappy with the service. Came in looking for cupboards and was told that it would have to be made to spec, which is fine. I called and sent the specifications through to them and they said they would get back to me which they never did. When I called again, they said someone forgot to send the final quote to me and that they would send it through again. Haven't heard a word from them since.

Wonderful service and a great deal of a top-class bed. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and I'll def come back to them for further furniture needs.
