I experienced very good service from Aniska and the team; they managed to sort me out with a basic service within 24 hours when other technicians mostly had availability only in a week's time. I read the negative reviews and it should be kept in mind that fixing a major breakage is often a difficult and iterative process - from my experience I can really recommend Flowtide.

What a seamless process to get your servicing of aircons done! Friendly and effortless! And then the TEAM arrives on site to do the work....competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. i simply cannot NOT give them a 5/5 for service.

Avoid! Avoid ! Avoid!Not sure if it was utter incompetency, sheer laziness or just outright criminal, but Feizal and his team ended up wasting 4 weeks and thousands of Rands trying to fix my aircon. Every time it was a different excuse as to what was wrong, always asking for more money for a new part and getting absolutely nowhere. Later had a chat with another person who has had dealing with them and they said the same thing; Never completing a job and always bailing with your deposit.
