As a Chiropractor in Benoni, Tamzen and Alice are the only two certified sports massage therapists that I refer my patients to. They are very professional and they produce excellent results. Highly recommended!!!

Completely relaxing way to get rid of spasms and pain! Tamzen is very thorough making sure she gets to all those niggles, also very intuitive... adapts pressure according to pain threshold. I would be there once a week if I could!

Tamzen is an amazing massage therapist! Her work is truly healing and transformational. She also has so much knowledge to share about the body and other topics. I always find that she takes so much time to understand my body by asking questions and truly listening to the answers. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve attended several sessions at this centre and don’t have a single complaint. The booking lady, Nicky, is always very patient and willing to help especially with a terrible schedule as mine. Bea the therapist is amazing and is always friendly! I had terrible discomfort in my left shoulder and just after the first session I already felt a difference. The place itself is secure and the setup of the rooms are beautiful and give a warm/comforting feeling.

Tamzen has amazing hands. As a Physiotherapist I am extremely fussy with massage and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Tamzen. She is gentle and effective. Highly recommended.

The best treatment I have ever received. Tamzen is a jewel! She always listen with compassion and care about her clients. Her knowledge and professionalism is on another level! Her treatments are individually worked out for you. After a treatment I always feel so relaxed. i can definitely recommend Tamzen. She is simply the best!
