I expected waterproof seal on my roof joints only to get a roof painting. My roof was leaking more after their service. That was 2021 until today 2023 they never come back to repair their damages.

After them painting our roof with liquid rubber, we now have leaks all over the house, where we never had leaks before. They give a 7 year Guarantee on the liquid rubber, but after less than a year it bubbles and peels. When you contact them to come back to address the issues, you either get told they’ll come out, but they never show up or they just flat ignore you. We spent a lot of money on this and now it’s going to cost us much more to fix all these new leaks.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Poor workmanship. The lapa roof is leaking where it didn't leak before the so called repairs. Chicken mesh a complete disaster. Waterproofing only done on 1 side of the lapa roof. When I messaged Henry about the leaking he promised to come and fix it. Then the excuses and promises started and eventually he ignored all my messages and phone calls.
