What everyone is complaining about is real. The electricity problem is bad, if you don’t mind staying in the dark then consider how week their quality is, you’ll definitely hear your neighbour sneeze. I just liked how close this place was to work but beyond that it was horrible.

Lovely new development in Linbro Park. Once construction is complete, it will be ideal location for those living and working in Sandton and surrounding areas. They are plenty of rental options and few ownership units. It features a lifestyle centre with pool, gym, restaurant, spa and many more.

Absolute garbage. Balwin sells you a dream but we are living a nightmare here. Been without electricity for 40hrs and counting. Almost every month there’s extended power outages. Do not invest in this place!

The place is trash , only stay here if you don't mind going for days without electricity .I counted 22 non-load shedding related power outages in a space of 6 months. And if you're dealing with Balwin agents , you will get screwed.

Lovely place, friendly guards, neat. Facilities are good. Loadshedding is not a problem due to the generators/Inverters.

Concrete jungle, large complex that takes a bit to understand the layout, felt the one bed apartments were tiny, and the location is a little out of town and far from malls. Upside, super safe with great facilities.

Biggest mistake of my life!!!Paid 1.9m for a unit which is riddled with cracks on every wall, even ones that were fixed by Balwin have cracked again.Every month we sit for days without electricity. Poorly managed and after sales is a joke. Do not waste your money on Balwin.Pathetic!

The power issues in this place are embarrassing and have not been addressed over the years, but Balwin still puts their money on building more units in the estate instead of fixing these issues. Writing this as we go into day 2 of an internal power outage that happens at least 2/3 times a month - even Eskom has better turn around times to unplanned power interruptions. As residents we are incredibly fed up and definitely don’t recommend investing or living in this place.
