Let Them Grow Preschool

My 16 month old has been going to LTG for over 6 months now and we couldn't be happier. A very loving and nurturing environment with constant feedback! He is always happy to be dropped off at school and we have great piece of mind knowing he is being stimulated there and cared for.

The worst experience ever, don't get me started with the know it all principal that that thinks she's above everyone, customer service is also non existent, take your child there are yur own risk.

Avoid at all costs!!!! My child has been there for 3 months and I have removed her out already! She has come home with injuries to the head on 2 occasions and no explanations for it just defensive comments! I noticed that there is a staff ratio of 14 2year olds to 1 teacher and when questioned the owner/principal avoids and thinks she is being bullied and threatened! When I said I’m removing my child I was told I have to pay 3months upfront school fees to terminate the contract. When I told her I am concerned about my child’s safety and the staff ration is rather horrible she all of a sudden dropped the 3 months fees.soon as I left I was then sent threatening messages Informing me I must pay and additional 3months because she didn’t like the fact I told her photos of my child that I paid R320 for did not look professional.she pretends she is being bullied and scared when you state facts.This woman is all about taking funds with no service!! For your child’s safety avoid!!!!

I wish I was young kid again so I could go to this place. Amazing school, amazing staff.

I would not recommend Let them Grow to anyone looking for a school for their little one/s. There are various other great options in the area to consider before making the mistake of enrolling your child here. My children have been attending Let them Grow for a little over a year & it has been a really frustrating and exaggerated year.The owner unfortunately cannot do anything wrong, according to her, and every time, I, as a parent have an issue or complaint, it somehow turns out to be my fault , or she is being ‘bullied’. I have never received a decent explanation or response when I had an issue, always just a short excuse and accusations, because, like I mentioned, she can never be wrong and is extremely defensive. Or, you just get ignored, by the owner and her staff. Very professional!The school is the best, and that is that according to her.I am honestly so sad and upset by the lack of customer service I have received from this school, keeping in mind that I pay about R8000 per month.This has been the worst experience and I will make sure the whole area knows what treatment parents get from this school.

The owner is full of stories no apologies after she is at fault always trying to turn the truthIn favour of herself I would not recommend this school.

Love, care and devotion seems to be the order of everyday. From happy birthday messages to all the family members as you drive into the school to warm welcome greetings from the staff as you arrive and leave everyday. These fantastic caregivers have it all covered. My daughter wakes up every morning at the age of 2 and asks me with a smile if she's going to school. Thank you Marinda and team for all you do for our little ones in your care. I only wish I could give you more stars
