This is the worst shop I ever vissited! What ever I want they block and it as if you are talking to someone that speaks a foreign language. I wanted a new receiver on the dish but they cant tell you the price or if they have stock, they cant tell you if they have a technician that will come out, their bussiness hours are bad as they are closed when they should be open. Worst place I have ever been to and most of my reviews are normally very positive!

Went on Thursday 29th Jan was attended to by a Male staff member, who really had no knowledge & even less interest. The problem was sorted with the help of the lady assistant. However exactly the same problem this morning 21st. Tried to contact telelphonically after waiting for more than 5 minutes for phone to be answered ( 8.25 am) I put down the phone.

Phoned them Friday morning and they promised to be at my place at 12:00 Friday. They never arrived after about 5 calls to them they promised to be here Saturday morning. On Saturday morning they phoned 3 times to get my address and then finally to tell me that I have to go to DSTv in Randburg becauce they will not be able to do the repair.

Client service/phone operators are extremely abrupt. Service is bad - technician did not complete installation properly.
