Wish Hotspots

I'm most grateful for your prompt and efficient customer support. Been using WISH for over four years now and anytime I've experienced an issue, I was notified under an hour with either a solution or an apology. I'm hopeful that the trustees of the properties that are inclusive of your service, will give the go-ahead for fibre installation soonest.

Does this company even exist? I tried to contact them because their map of vendors doesn't work (I wanted to try out the speed by buying a small bundle first - and these are only available through certain vendors). Their contact form doesn't work either. And now no reply to my email. Glad I didn't buy any of their products, especially since these reviews seem to confirm my concerns.

I dealt with Wish Networks all through my first and up until my third year in Campus Key and subsequently in another residence, I've had constantly slow speeds despite multiple complaints. I accessed Wish at different locations whilst staying at Campus Key, and besides the slow speeds, we also had frequent disconnections almost every couple of weeks. I'm now living at a new property for my honors year, and I've still got the same problems. My speeds are now about 10 to 50Kb/s, which is below even what Edge provides on a mobile network, so it's beyond pathetic. I've sent multiple messages asking for some sort of solution, or perhaps some testing on the property, but I've just been ignored now for at least the past couple weeks. I hope other people read this and opt for quality over quantity!

Ratings were great while I was in charge. The lesson here is don't do business without great business training - and if you do, do not under any circumstances give away any shareholding before you consider the what if: What if those you trust now, turn against you. Even if they are your best friends, things happen. Working together is not a walk in the park, it's stressful.

New year, same disappointment. For the first time I have felt the need to leave a review. Their customer service is so bad it borders on non-existence. I’ve have sent multiple emails, none of which were ever met with a response. Nobody ever picks up the phone either. Not only do you not get the speed that you pay for, half the time you can’t access the bundle because the network connection just cuts out randomly and for no reason. Incredibly unreliable, incredibly frustrating.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the sheer frustration I feel daily using Wish Internet warrants a Google review. Service is appalling, the internet is slow and often does not work. Took me 20min yesterday to access their portal to buy another bundle. If they cannot even maintain a proper connection to their portal then imagine how poor the rest of their service is.

Has been client if wish for about year. They are extremely overpriced and service delivery is very poor. Most of the times speed that we are paying for(4mb) is not available, plus every day we get a problem with connecting stability, which makes any online streaming impossible. On top of everything, quite often we experience service disconnects and it takes a while to get any feedback from support (oh, and they don't work after 10pm, so forget about sorting you problems after hours).

I am quite surprised with low ratings for WISH.The installation was completed within a day of the order, two problems that I had were both resolved within an hour by friendly support staff and I don't have any issues with connectivity and/or speed of my connection.The only downside to WISH (hence 4, not 5 stars) is the cost of the service, but then again, it's not just them, but a common thing in SA.Their website could use a bit of overhaul as well, but that's not really a major drawback (please add the top-up pricelist somewhere, guys)

To whom it may concern.I've been using wish services now for +- 5 years. In the beginning things were different.Now they have no more problems. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.Fair prices on all data packages.Their services are easy to use, minimal downtime, with adequate warning time for all maintenance.All in all very happy with wish servicesPaul
